Chiffon carrying sequinned patchwork panels. Chiffon is chosen because it is nearly weightless: a fully sequinned dress of this length would hang like chain mail, while patchworked panels on chiffon keep the movement of the cloth intact. The sequins are stitched to their panels rather than glued.
