What it is made of

One hundred per cent cotton corduroy. The wale gives the jacket its surface: light catches the standing ribs and shadows the channels, so a plain colour reads as textured rather than flat. Cotton corduroy also softens at the elbow and cuff with wear, which is exactly where a retro jacket should soften.

How it fits

A regular fit with long sleeves, unpadded and unlined through the body. Sizes S to 2XL in army green or black. Without padding the shoulder follows your own line rather than a constructed one, so it layers under a coat without bulk at the seam.
