Coconut Shell Nest for Hamsters and Small Birds

Designed to mimic a burrow, it offers a secure and comforting environment for hamsters, gerbils, mice, and small birds to feel safe within their enclosure. The organic shape and texture encourage natural behaviors, allowing your pet to retreat into a quiet, dark space whenever they need a break from activity.

Who It Is For

This hideout is suitable for small rodents like hamsters, mice, and gerbils, as well as small birds. It sits directly on the floor of a cage or habitat, providing a stable base that prevents it from rolling over while the pet enters or exits. The natural, slightly rough texture of the coconut shell allows for easy climbing and exploration, making it a versatile addition to any small animal habitat. Good to Know

Because this nest is made from a natural coconut shell, each piece may have slight variations in shape, texture, and color, which is normal for organic materials. It is best used in dry environments to maintain the integrity of the shell. To clean, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth or brush off any debris; avoid soaking it in water for extended periods, as this can affect the natural material. This nest pairs well with wood shavings, paper bedding, or moss to create a cozy, naturalistic burrowing spot for your pet. It is not intended for use in high-humidity environments or as a water-filled vessel.
